Before You Write
What are your shipping times?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. If your order arrived damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with photos.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Absolutely! We supply cafés, cocktail bars, restaurants, and event venues across the UK. Visit our Wholesale page to request a quote, or select 'Wholesale / Bulk' as your subject in the form above.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we're happy to send sample packs so you can test our straws before committing to a wholesale order. Just mention it in your enquiry and we'll arrange it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We're exploring international shipping and will announce when it becomes available. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or get in touch.
